3. Counter-Notification If you believe that material was removed or disabled because of a mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notification.
Your Counter-Notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its original URL.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
Send your Counter-Notification to the same email or address above.
4. Repeat Infringers We reserve the right to terminate access to our site for any user or account that is a repeat infringer in appropriate circumstances.
